- Coverage Areas: The services of multiple transport companies currently cover the entire Peninsular Malaysia and certain areas in East Malaysia. For more information, please contact our customer colleagues.
- Payment Standards: The cost will depend on the delivery location and the specific amount will be displayed on the system during checkout.

Delivery Time: Under normal circumstances, the goods will be delivered to the service outlets of the cooperating transport companies within 1 working day after payment. *Note* The working day is based on the Kuala Lumpur calendar and does not include local public holidays or the payment date.

Duty Free Zones: For goods delivered to duty free areas (including Langkawi Island and Labuan Island), it will take multiple working days to arrive due to customs clearance requirements.
- Tracking System: After receiving the delivery number from our system, you can get the tracking record on our website.
